Concepts in Manufacturing Leadership

Once enrolled, students will receive an email with their log-in information and will have 24/7 access through the T4T site or through the Kajabi free App on your phone.  We recommend using the site since there is a lot to read as well and students can download the articles, but the App is great for times supervisors are on the road or too busy to sit down at the computer.  Every session contains a 15-20 minute training video, an accompanying article and session notes with space to answer application questions.  

After the lesson, students complete a quick assessment to make sure all of the key points have been mastered.  

Each Concepts in Manufacturing Leadership (CML) course contains 10 of the key concepts needed at the various stages of leadership.  These range from the foundational individual leadership skills all the way to operational skills, for Supervisors who are ready to move on.   

With each CML course you will have access to 10 training sessions. 

CML is a Certificate Course, meaning you will receive a Certificate of completion after successfully demonstrating mastery of the concepts and skills.  This involves a short assessment testing knowledge at the end of each session.

Tools for the Trenches Membership is not a Certificate Course, but rather provides ongoing training for the 5 main skills:  Leadership,  Team Building, Lean, Six-Sigma and Personal Development.  There is a rotating four-week syllabus with new sessions opening up each month.  You therefore have four weeks to complete the sessions.  Sessions contain a 20 minute videocast and an accompanying article, but there are no session notes or assessments. There is always something new to learn, incorporate, and you will see over 50 concepts per year in the T4T membership training.  It's bite-sized, ongoing training at its best.  

These courses are designed for many types of people.

If you already have a job as a Manufacturing Supervisor then these are the perfect foundational courses regardless of your experience.

If you are a Supervisor transitioning into the Manufacturing world then this is the perfect way to fill in some gaps and see your new position for all that it is and can be.

If you are not yet in a Manufacturing Leadership position but desire to be, then 100 and 200 are the perfect courses to help you envision what it will take and prepare.  The Certificates will give you both credibility and confidence to pursue your goal in this amazing field!

If you have a significant amount of experience and time as a Supervisor and are ready to move into a Managerial position, 300 and 400 are the perfect courses to develop your operational and managerial leadership skills.

Finally if you want to grow your abilities to lead and cement the key concepts needed in this field but don't have a lot of time to do so - CML is the perfect series for you!  Each session requires 30-40 minutes and can be done either on your computer or on your phone.  It doesn't get more convenient than that.
